The system uses a React frontend connected to a FastAPI REST API. FastAPI routes process doctor, patient and staff operations, Pydantic validates incoming data, SQLAlchemy manages database interactions and MySQL stores persistent hospital records. Dashboard data is built from live API responses so administrators can view current patient, doctor, staff, admission and shift information from one interface.
